Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days (Including Sundays and Public Holidays) if the merchandise you ordered is faulty, defective or damaged, or the merchandise is not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity. provided that:
・Provide Images of the received merchandise；
・Keep the order receipt and packaging ；
・The merchandise that requires exchange is not used and is kept in its original state.
We will follow up as an independent case before arranging the exchange. We reserve the right to reject all unreasonable exchange or return requests and reserve the right to make the final decision on the above terms.
